Who We Are
Wisdom Beyond Technology, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates intelligencenative.ai and all related products and services, including the INO OS platform, Thinkers.pro, and associated tools.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Platform. It applies to all users — visitors, free accounts, paid subscribers, and enterprise customers.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

How We Use Your Data

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and all its features
- Process your account registration and manage authentication via Clerk
- Execute AI agent actions and LLM requests on your behalf
- Send transactional communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts)
- Detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Monitor and improve Platform performance, reliability, and security
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
We do not use your organizational data, Deliverables, Signals, or AI interaction content to train AI models — unless you explicitly opt in to a research or improvement program. Your business data is yours.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

All subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own model training or marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Role-based access controls limiting internal data access
- Regular security reviews and dependency audits
- Clerk-managed authentication with MFA support
- Incident response procedures with user notification obligations
No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law, as promptly as practicable.
AI and LLM Data Handling
Intelligence Native uses Large Language Models (LLMs) that may produce errors, hallucinations, or inaccurate outputs. Always verify AI-generated content before making decisions. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
When you use AI features on the Platform:
- Your prompts and context are transmitted to the configured LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or your own provider via our BYOA — Bring Your Own Agent — integration)
- LLM providers process your data according to their own terms and privacy policies
- We do not store raw LLM conversations beyond what is necessary to deliver the service, subject to your data retention settings
- Agent actions taken on your organization's behalf are logged in the Impact Ledger for auditability and governance compliance
- The INO Constitution's Human Sanction Rule ensures no consequential AI action is taken without explicit human approval
You can configure your preferred LLM provider, opt out of AI features, or set governance rules for agent actions within your organization settings.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, LGPD (Brazil), or other applicable privacy laws. We honor the following rights for all users:

Brazilian users (LGPD): You have all the rights listed above under Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados. Contact us at the same address for LGPD-specific requests.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specific retention periods:

- Essential cookies — Required for authentication, session management, and core functionality. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Help us understand how users interact with the Platform (PostHog). You may opt out.
- Preference cookies — Remember your settings and preferences across sessions.
